A new smart and stylish hotel that caters for business functions very well.
Banqueting standards are high and the staff are willing. A good location next to the Thames. Bedroom decor isn't to everyone's taste.
Overall, a very good all-round experience.- 12-Jan-2006 The hotel was situated in a lovely part of London close to many attractions.
It was very clean and very good value for money.
The major problem I experienced was when the fire alarm went off and I tried to exit the building via the designated fire exit. The external fire escape door at the bottom of a stairwell was jammed shut. Staff were very confused and unable to assist in directions or what was happening.
This was all very worrying for such a new hotel.- 28-Dec-2005 The hotel was very good, both in its facilities and its location. - 20-Dec-2005 |
