 The rooms at the hotel were excellent , and clean . The staff were helpful . I was disappointed with the "American bar " as there wasn't really anything American about it , And the menu's in the hotel were not translated into English (for those that do not speak Italian) . The pool area was lovely a really nice place to relax and spend a day . Although you are not always able to avail of the pool . For our 2nd two days the pool area was closed this was a big disappointment as the hotel is actually a 20min bus journey to Treviso ( the hotel is in Monestir not Treviso as advertised) or a €40 taxi ( the bus service stops at about 7.30pm) and ders not alot to do in monestir so Treviso is really your only option!!!- 05-Jun-2008 This review is based on a 2-night-stay. Situated on the Venetian countryside this conference hotel is not straightforward to reach without travelling by car. Far from impossible, but not straightforward, so plan ahead. Best way is to call the hotel and ask them for a cab to pick you up. The only reasonable argument, and it is a fairly good argument, to choose this spacious hotel is the nice pool area. Rooms are average, food is average and service is average. Pricing is good. We lost a mobile phone during our stay, and it has not been recovered. Could be due to several reasons however, just stating the facts. - 25-Sep-2007 My wife and I with our 2 year old stayed at the hotel in June 2007 and it made our holiday in Italy. The hotel supplied a very clean cot for the baby. The staff were excellent, food fantastic and reasonable. If you are planning to visit Venice I would recommend this hotel. - 05-Jul-2007 |
