 I was impressed by the way the hotel staff fixed a misnderstandng and did it with a smile. It is not often that staff who have worked all day and serve with enthuasium and patience.
Thank you- 03-Sep-2008 Hotel restaurant was not open for dinner at all while we were there - would have been good to know this when we booked. Other than that the hotel was great!- 09-Nov-2006 I STAYED IN THE BREAKFREE RESORT WITH MY HUSBAND AND 23MONTH OLD SON. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING TO ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS,THE FACITILITES WERE VERY GOOD HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF FOOD FOR EVENING MEALS WAS SUBSTANDARD.THE OPENING HOURS OF THE RESTURANT AND BAR WAS UNPREDICATBLE.THE KIDS CLUB FACILITIES WERE WELL EQUIPPED HOWEVER IT WAS DIRTY AND REQUIRED CLEANING, THIS REMAINED AN ISSUE FOR THE ENTIRITY OF OUR STAY. OVERALL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AN IDEAL FAMILY-FRIENDLY ORIENTATED ACCOMMODATION WITH EXCELLENT POOL FACILITIES.- 09-Nov-2004 |
