 I am not satisfied with service of this hotel. I was arrived at 08.00 and receptionist suggested me to went to Basilica first because the check-in time is after 12.00 and I put my lugages a the reception. At 22.30 I went back to the hotel for check-in but unfortunately they did not give me a room which I was booked and paid, they moved me to another hotel which far to the Basilica. I choose Panorama because this hotel is near to Basilica- 25-Sep-2008 |
