 I am a regular guest at the Palm Beach Hotel and yet I always have to struggle to get a decent room when I check in. They do not reward clients' loyalty as we do not get any preferential treatment. The service depends entirely on the person at the reception desk. It's all a matter of luck! I hope that they improve their service quality with the new Kuwaiti owners.- 05-Jan-2009 Great hotel. Very friendly attentive staff. We forgot to request non-smoking room but they made sure our room was always fresh. Unfortunately we were out of season for the Sky Bar and pool area so cannot comment but even staff from other hotels said how great it was. Would certainly recommend Palm Beach Hotel.- 22-Mar-2006 |
