 Although difficult to find, the hotel was charming and clean. Having booked a "quad" for four people, we had an apartment and plenty of space for our family of four. Nicholas was a gracious and helpful host, the breakfasts were perfect, and the breads placed on the doorknob in the morning were a nice treat. I have only positive things to say about the hotel! Future guests, however, should be given clearer directions how to get there: We were told to take the Vaparetto #52, who promptly kicked us off and put us on 51. Even then, it was difficult to get to the hotel with luggage and young children, given that we had to walk up and down three sets of bridge stairs. - 12-Jul-2006 |
