 Cool, pleasant and spacious. I've described service as 'bad' because the reception area was invariably manned by grumpy individuals who did not even look up as you passed. Reception staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful and generally behaved as if all they were interested in was their next smoking break on the pavement outside. Coffee bar was simple but welcoming.
