The hotel was freezing cold, there was no restaurant even though all their advertising said there was one, no mini bar, no room service, the spa was freezing cold, there was no reception staff on my arrival and I had to wander around the hotel to find someone to check me in and I had to carry large suitcase up a flight of stairs with no offer of assistance. It was basically a very poor experience all around at Sydney top hotel prices.

I would recommend the hotel for a night stay. Perfect for a romantic weekend away. Staying longer than one night might be a bit boring.

The hotel had a wonderful early 20th century ambience that originated from its architecture and excellent renovations. It was a delighjt to stay there.
