With an accommodation for 130 people, the hotel is the perfect place to get together, stay in comfort and take time out to enjoy the surroundings of Dunedin and Otago.
 The Hotel has a problem, it is old and out of date, the lighting is poor in the rooms and the glazing is bad, the bathroom is a bit of a joke, overall it was ok but cost too much for it's condition. - 25-Feb-2009 The hotel was pleasant enough and the room spacious. Situated about a 1km climb out of Dunedin centre. Some of the rooms are set in blocks and we were given one overlooking a neighbouring property which appeared to be full of backpackers.
