 Air conditioning unit was very noisy especially when trying to sleep.This has been reported since 2006 according to guest book in the room. Curtains needed repairing or replacing and had to be held together with pins even after reporting to the hotel staff who tried to fix them without success. - 23-Aug-2009 Beautiful!- 03-Feb-2009 Initially, we found a few small problems with the initial room we moved into. The TV had teletext on the screen which started to get annoying. We called the tech guys and they offered no way around it as each room was individually owned and he has to speak to the owner. There was no DVD player in the room either. One was requested, however this was faulty when it was used. The hotwater system went cold for a bath on the first night. A complaint was made and the manager was quite nice and upgraded us to a 1 B/R deluxe suite, and there were no issues. So I guess this could happen to anyone, but the problems were fixed and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. - 31-Mar-2008 |
