This hotel is beachfront, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay. No improvement needed, all was perfect.

The lighting is dim, but we were mostly out. The bed is comfortable with a better than expected view. The ocean view, balcony, and proximity to the elevator are great. The pool is cleaned daily and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The renovated rooms are spacious and the pool area is nice. The concierge is helpful without being pushy.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the comfortable room and great amenities like the kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was convenient, with restaurants and attractions nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety and better quality options.

The outdoor grills were a nice feature for grilling dinner near the pool. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom and a safe for valuables. Great ocean views from the lanai and bedroom. The pool was warm and the living spaces were spacious. Free parking and 2 bathrooms were a plus.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the breathtaking ocean view from our studio room. It exceeded our expectations and we could even spot whales jumping in the distance. the room was well, equipped with all the necessary amenities and the cleanliness was top, notch. Additionally, the staff at the reception and concierge desk were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was no bassinet available for our six, month, old, despite us enquiring about it beforehand.

The comfortable bed and pillows, ocean view, proximity to beach, well-kept pool, spacious room size, friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay with great location, stunning view from our balcony, and the convenience of being on the bus line and close to a shopping center.

The hotel provides great value for money, offering comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, really close to a nearby beach. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the beach was all but non-existent on shore, and yet we were able to enjoy a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were excellent, with great facilities and even breakfast included.

All was alright.

Turtles, reef, clean BBQ's, updated condo, spacious and quiet.

The 707 unit at Royal Kahana Maui has a great layout and spacious living spaces, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The balconies offer privacy and protection from the wind and rain. The pool area has been improved and the staff, including the front desk and maintenance, are friendly and helpful. You can enjoy a beautiful ocean view, watch whales and enjoy the tropical vegetation from the balcony. A convenience store and other shops are nearby, and the concierge service is very helpful.

Great location with outstanding views of the ocean and sunset. the condo was clean and well, equipped, with all the basics you need. the pool was clean and well, maintained.

The small beach in front of the hotel was a bit disappointing, as it was not as big as expected. However, this was not a major issue as there was a beautiful beach just a short distance away.

Room was fully equipped and fairly modern with a nice ocean view. Touring Concierge provided a quality product from reputable vendors. Convenient strip mall nearby with coffee place, McDonald's, and grocery store. Short drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Napili. Friendly staff who responded quickly to requests.

Pool was dated and there was no beach due to climate change. Check-in procedures were tedious, especially with the only phone hardly working.

Great location, right on the beach and easy to drive anywhere. The staff was responsive and quickly fixed our non-functioning AC. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice television.

We had a fantastic time at this Maui resort, which had a stunning location right on the ocean. We were pleased to find that the beach was just a short walk away, where we could relax and soak up the sun. Our room was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. The breathtaking views from our balcony made our stay even more enjoyable.
