 Itīs a hotel popular with big tourist groups. When we first arrived the hotel was fully booked so we were given a room with extremely low cieling, no air conditioned and a small window that opened only 2 cm to the hotel corridor. The central heat of the hotel was on and there was no way to turn it off. It was like trying to sleep in a sauna in hell.
We complained and were given a much better room the following day. However, there were other people in the hotel with the same complaint that had to wait longer befored they got a decent room.
The breakfast room was also mobbed at certain hours by the big tourist groups.
In general itīs a quite decent hotel but avoid it if you want relaxed holidays.- 09-Jun-2007 When the hotel allowed our luggage to be taken by another tour group staying at the same hotel, they worked very hard to find it. We had some problems communicating with them in English about this matter.
The pool deck on the roof was open with the pool drained. There is no rail or fence around the empty pool so it becomes a real danger if on the deck at night. There are no lights - 28-Oct-2006 Enjoying the hotel very much. Very happy with their facilities and services. Good breakfast and good price. Very clean with modern decoration in the room.
