I recently stayed at Orchard Hotel for a week-long vacation. The upgraded premier room was a game-changer with its stunning pool view, blackout curtains, and spaciousness. The 7ft X 7ft bed and comfortable pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The doormen were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location on Orchard Road made it convenient for exploring. The gym, though small, was adequate, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was cleaned daily, and the staff throughout the hotel were pleasant and accommodating.

Hotel is located in a great area for shopping on Orchard Road and accessing the MRT. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodating late check-out and the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The banquet for our wedding was well organized and the food and service were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great amenities.

Great Rooms and Premier Club Lounge

During our extended stay for business, we found the hotel and its staff to be exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and serviced to a high standard. We especially enjoyed the great pool and gym area. The Premier lounge was a highlight, and we were always greeted by Ms Daisy and her friendly team who offered a great selection of refreshments. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service from the staff was excellent. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the condition of the facilities. The rooms were in need of a facelift and some areas, like the shower, had issues with the layout and functionality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance to the shops on Orchard Road. We also appreciated having a supermarket, pub, and cafe right behind the hotel. The room was great, with modern and clean furnishings. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the shower was powerful and hot. Plus, there were plenty of useful amenities such as a bar fridge, USB charging ports, and a kettle. We also enjoyed the pool area, which had a good number of lounges and covered areas. The hotel gym was well-equipped with free weights and cardio machines. The wifi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel, and the lifts were quick and efficient. we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

The value for money was great, and our room was fabulous and luxurious. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping on Orchard Road, and the staff were all very helpful and cheerful.

com. The location of the hotel was also ideal, making it convenient for exploring the city. I appreciated the efforts of the lovely young lady named Joanne, who provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, which added to the overall experience. Despite a couple of minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its location and the exceptional service received.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Singapore, very close to the shopping areas on Orchard Road. The rooms were well-furnished and kept clean, with a nice touch of a welcome note. The breakfast at the executive club included in the price was great.

No aspect to be improved.

We stayed in a spacious signature suite club room for 6 nights. The suite had everything we needed, including free water and soft drinks in the mini-bar. The lounge area with a surround sound system and TV was comfortable. The club lounge was awesome and offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour with a full bar and canapés. The service in the club room was of the highest standard, and the staff, especially Ella, were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the main shopping district and near the MRT.
