 The customer service and capability for booking everything a tourist could dream was superb! The only downfalls are the rooms are a bit cramped and you can hear the trains beneath you even from a 3rd story room... BUT with such a perfect location in regards to attractions and such fantastic service is more than worth it! Warning: check with the hotel attendant for bad neighborhoods before you go for a walk- 18-Dec-2007 The hotel was very good from all perspectives. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was relatively spacious, given that it's Paris! The location was excellent, close to the Metro train station and many main attractions, including the Sacre Coeur, Madeleine and Plaza de Concorde.
