Yes it was small in size and yes it was 3 star but thats what we paid for and thats what we expected. What we didn't expect was the level of professional service we received from the staff at all levels. We were afforded the utmost courtesy and every question was answered with our best interest in mind. Our stay was enhanced by being at this hotel. The location was on the north side of the city close to Gare St Lazare station and near to Montmartre. We would be happy to return to this hotel. - 28-Apr-2008 The customer service and capability for booking everything a tourist could dream was superb! The only downfalls are the rooms are a bit cramped and you can hear the trains beneath you even from a 3rd story room... BUT with such a perfect location in regards to attractions and such fantastic service is more than worth it!
