 Location is excellent: Next to Museum of Contemporary Art; one block from the Walt Disney Hall (Gehry designed where the LA Symphony plays); two blocks from the Chandler Pavillion (opera) and two-and-one half blocks from the Ahmenson and Mark Taper Forum theaters. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there is another just outside the door, as well as a convenience shop for soft drinks and many grocery items. Subway is only two blocks away. Staff are friendly and helpful. - 04-Mar-2005 If you are going to an event at the Music Center or Walt Disney Concert Hall, this is the place to stay. It is within 2 blocks to either venue. Park at the hotel and just walk over. The hotel also has a courtesy town shuttle, but after seeing how close the WDCH was, we just walked. Our hotel room was large and clean. The buffet breakfast was great!
