 Only got our rooms 2 hours after 3pm check in time due to poor, disorganised service. Received the room card, was told our room was ready but upon entry, the room was still a disgrace, the memory of the mess etched in our minds the 2 nights we were there. The staff were also rude and kept pestering us to join the time share programme in the guise of presenting us our 'welcome gift'.
Please do not promote this hotel as a 'tranquil' and 'relaxing', 'luxury' hotel. It is a haven for teenagers who love to party, not suitable for a family of adults who have travelled from half way across the world and want a truly relaxing holiday.- 30-Jan-2009 We could not use all the facilities on offer but those that we used were first class.
