The underground car park and the lift well (and corridors) smell like sewerage. This has been the case on the several occassions I have stayed - very off putting. Service was good - I asked for early check in so I could shower/change before a function - this was arranged with no trouble.- 24-Aug-2009 Great location and usually good sized rooms, much bigger than standard hotel size, although this time I had a slightly smaller room and the couch partially covered the door to the bedroom. An older person would have had to unpack in the lounge. After not being able to get a rollaway bed despite a months notice, my sister was given a free room, however she had to call the desk to have the linen changed, was stained and had hair.- 15-Dec-2008 |
