 There is nothing much to complain. the breakfast very good. only I find the problem with them was comunication. But the internet rate per minute 1 RMP was not a fair price at all. most of the hotels in china offer free or at a nominal rate. - 19-Jun-2007 The people at the reception desk can be more interested and welcoming to new guests. We came 10 persons, stood in front of the desk a good while. There were maybe 5 persons at the desk. None looked at us, said welcome and in just a minute we will help you. This is a good opportunity to make this first impression much better. Everything else was good! - 21-May-2007 The condition and design of the toilets are poor.
The towels are also of poor quality.
The service from the front desk and concierge is poor.
