 The location is unbeatable, just in the downtown area. The room itself is nice with very comfortable beds and flat screen TV, the bathroom is OK, the view is basic, the breakfast is medium range, the dinner is very expensive. They provide free internet.- 02-Apr-2009 I had a great few days at Novotel - everything was perfect except possibly the aircon fluctuating but not a major. Good food, great facilities, really nice room with 2 double beds, handy to Lambton Quay. Great internet facilities downstairs and in room for laptops.
Parking facility great for my guest. Staff really nice and helpful.
No complaints here.
