 It was a good hotel.- 19-Mar-2005 Stayed recently in Nov/Dec 04, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a double to a king room which is always a nice thing. The room was great and tidy, the bathroom was very big, and there was complimentary coffee and tea in the room. The concierge helped with booking a trip to Niagara Falls which was fantastic. The underground PATH shopping centre was close about 2 blocks walk away, the MARCHE was quite a nice eatery in the BCE Place building, it offered a take-away or sitdown meal. The hotel is downtown in the financial area and is close to the bus station and the Union station metro. All in all it was a great location for a fantastic holiday.- 17-Dec-2004 The room is spacious, very clean & comfortable. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends who are visiting Toronto.
