 The hotel us very central and perfect for me as a tourist to get out and about on tours. The accommodation was good and I appreciated the service standards especially as I had a proplem with my luggage on arrival, and concierge helped out very efficiently! Only comment is that the staff could smile!- 10-Jan-2008 The jacuzzi pool was way to cold, Me and my friends were freezing inside the pool. The baggage carrier was small to and it took time to get out all the bags. When we were about to check out the people in the reception said that we had to pay service and tax charges although it said on our voucher that it was included and it ended with me and my friends paying for the service and tax charges just to make it in ime to our flight. To bad that something like that destroyed an otherwise very good impression of the hotel wich looked very nice, modern, fresh and cosy in a good location with very good pricing.- 11-Feb-2007 The hotel is very well located in the center of the city.
