 When I arrived at the hotel I asked to be booked on a 6.30 transfer to the airport. I double checked with reception to see if the transfer booking had been made. When we arrived at the reception at 6.20 we were told that we were not booked on the bus. Reception then told us they would book us a taxi but this did nit arrive either. we had to wait until the bus returned and take that to the airport we did not get to the airport until after 7.00am and almost missed the check-in time for our flight. A complete fiasco.- 01-Sep-2009 Reception staff efficient but not really friendly , location ideal 10 mins city centre , if you stay fri. sat. nights hotel full of stag & hen parties amusing for 30 mins but not much longer , restaurant menu limited but good ,bar & restaurant staff excellent , because of change of meetings i informed reception we might need to stay an extra night (mon)& asked for the best rate which was 99 pounds without b/fast i asked if it would be cheaper to book on internet & was told it would be the same price , internet booking was 84 pounds inc. b/fast nice hotel nice location reception staff too efficient (max profits) must be the only novotel that sells newck brown- 14-Jun-2007 |
