Overall I was happy with my stay in the hotel. The only difficulty I had was that the door did not lock and there was definetely a problem with a fuse, as a result the televsion did not work. As I did not want to change rooms I did not mention the problems untilI was checking out. The room was very spacious, the location was excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful and I was able to leave my bags in the hotel for the morning while I attended a meeting. Overall for the price that I paid for the rom I was more than happy with it- 29-Jul-2008 To be fair, the hotel was undergoing renovation/construction during our stay. There were no lifts available upon entering the hotel entrance and it was necessary to climb several stairs to reach reception. Due to moderate rain on the evening of our arrival, we awoke next morning to find the hallway carpets saturated and with an unpleasant smell. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel and would not want to stay there again.- 30-May-2008 Hotel was clean and ok for what we paid, we got woken up at about 7.30am by builders right outside our window 2 mornings out of our 3 night stay. A friend came to meet us at the hotel and the receptionist was rude and very unhelpful towards him, she wouldnt ring our room to let us know we had a visitor waiting and instead made him wait in the lobby for us to come down. Breakfast is nice though- 05-Mar-2008 |
