 The hotel is very nice and the location is excelent. The people working there was very helpfull. The room could have been a bit more clean. - 17-Sep-2007 There is only one lift/elevator in the hotel which is many times occupied, so one has to take the stairs quite often. Another feature is that there is no room service but the rooms are equipped with a mini bar. Downstairs at the reception they offer you free tea/coffee. But I would have rather seen a tea/coffee maker in the room. The hotel is quite popular and has many guests staying but the feeling is that the hotel is having less staff so the service gets affected. The morning breakfast is very disorganised with no trays and napkins. You have to run many times in order to get what you need for breakfast. When your hands gets messy for example from the butter you do not know how to wipe it since there is no paper towels. A compliment to the young staff at the reception desk who does a tremendous work in a stressy atmosphere but they are under staffed.- 20-Aug-2006 The hotel was absoloutely beautiful with excellent and friendly staff.
