 I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel after reading the many disappointing feedbacks that were left. This is not the Ritz but it's clean and tidy and the staff were very polite and helpful. For those who left poor feedback against this hotel, always remember, you get what you pay for. If you want to be treated like Royalty then go and book the palace! I would definately stay here again.- 07-Oct-2009 It was an excellent hotel for just an overnight stay when I had a quick businesstrip to the Croydon Area. I am very likely to use this hotel again in the future.- 14-Jul-2008 hotle lobby was good, incorperating bar and limited resturant food, pool table which was not working. Bed room was small, a bit run down and little smelly, in need of refurbishment, no fridge which was a big letdown, hotel location excessable, near bus route, shops and resturants. staff friendly and pleasent.- 28-May-2008 |
