 Good hotel Nice warm breakfast tram just outside the hotel Easy access to Blackpool Excellent leisure club - 12-Aug-2009 staff could have been more friendly and polite when requesting information, however lady that cleaned rooms was friendly.
It is a very large and busy hotel and therefore can be a little confusing with no signs on doors to say private function only, also no price lists on dining room door to say how much dinner costs, you have to book the day before if wish to dine in the evenings ,not enough information relating to entertainment for the evening- 27-Jun-2009 very disappointed with this hotel it came highly recommended price was high. placed in rooms with disabled toilets felt like we were staying in an old hospital. the entertainment was abismall they put on a christmas singalong show on the 8th of NOVEMBER. Expected at least a disco in Copper Face jacks no such luck. overall very low rating and would not recommend- 15-Nov-2008 |
