 A GREAT SPOT GOOD FOR KIDS AS WELL AS ADULTS- 06-Nov-2009 This property has only one strong / plus point, its location. Its only 5 mins from the famous hasting street and beach on foot. But otherwise, the property is old and is in need of a major refurbishment. mattress, sofa beds creak when just sat upon. small tv. I would certainly expect more from the price it demands.
