I was generally quite satisfied with the hotel. It did not exceed my expectations but there was nothing to complain. If you really look for something to complain, the hotel's taxi service was ridiculously expensive compared to normal local taxies (difference approx 300%!!).

It was my first visit to Mexico City and I found the friendliness and courtesy of the staff to be particularly helpful. The range of services in the hotel (e.g. restaurants [range & number], business centre and gym) suited my needs well. I felt comfortable & safe. The in room internet service was also very good - an important feature for the business traveller. The standard of service at the concierge desk was also very good.
