 Staff: Reception staff VERY rude, appalling. Arrogant, did not even look at you when serving you. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. On the other hand the porters and dining room staff were lovely and very nice.
Room: About 100 miles from the lift. Very stuffy and musty. On a busy road when I asked for a quiet room. Bathroom was very nice.
Pricing: Not worth the money! I had a better sleep in a two star hotel the week following when I returned to Rome for one night.
