 The entrance fee to the Spa is exagerated, considering it just entitles guests to using the sauna and steam. Other resorts, as Shangri-la Rasa Ria, provide these and more facilities for free.- 22-Aug-2007 Friendly. polite and informed staff. Facilites are good, but the hotel is a little remote if you want to use the city each day. That said the Nexus has it all on site for a good holiday. The seafood platter for 2 to share at the beach bar is outstanding.- 26-Feb-2007 This resort is prettier than the pictures at its own web site. It is worth every one of those five-stars. Immaculate facilities, very friendly staff, pristine location and very good value for the caliber of this place. The ocean view balcony will immediately relax you and you will soon get used to the soothing sounds of the waves and the melodic chirping of the birds! Great restaurants, great spa, good range of activities, and the beach is really 6 km! Our only criticism was that it was too hot to play a full-round of golf, but 9-holes in the morning was fine.
This is a great place to get away and relax. If you're looking for a secluded but first rate resort in Borneo -- this is it! Consider it for a honeymoon or special anniversary.
