 The hotel is very conveniently located for the EU quarter. It is warm, clean and tidy but is in terrible need of refurbishment and modernisation. Too many of the fixtures and fittings didn't work or were just plain tired. We had to walk down the emergency stairs because the lift-call didn't. They are currently installing a new lift though. The television worked properly in neither mine nor my colleagues room. Breakfast was pretty average. The shower head wouldn't stay in the raised position in either room either. It is realistically priced but for the area. However, for the money, one should expect the facilities to be better.
If and when they upgrade this hotel, it will be excellent. In the meantime, the staff are desparately trying to compensate for the restricted facilities.- 16-Dec-2005 |
