 The grounds were lovely we had an brilliant view from our room. Hotel very quiet and rooms were of a good size.- 10-Jun-2008 The New Hall Hotel has a 4 star rating; as such I expected the hotel to provide toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste and shaving blades as standard. (In line with other 4 star hotels I have stayed in).
However they did not. I can only assume that the rating is based on the facilities the hotel provides.
Having said this, I did have a pleasant stay, the staff were friendly, and I particularly liked the little touches the hotel offered like home-made biscuits and sherry in the rooms. The towels and robes were also of a high quality.- 06-Mar-2008 |
