Very good process for late arrivals (we were 03:20!). Map / sat nav location could be better - our Navteq (Vauxhall) showed it 3 miles further out of Interlaken when set to its premises number on Seestrasse. Cobbled path to lower rooms difficult (wheelchair user), otherwise everything good.

Very good breakfast. We definitely went at a quiet point in the year and were the only ones at breakfast. Good location for travelling to the ski areas and nice views right on the waterfront. The actual rooms are clean and tidy.

Excellent value hotel, attractively situated. Probably best used if you have a car. Great views of the lake - a nice quiet setting. Food in the restaurant was way way better than expected - once it arrived. The hotel room was well maintained, and we would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
