 Hotel fixtures and fittings are worn but the hotel is clean.- 14-Jul-2008 Outstanding value. Refurbished rooms offer excellant accommodation in relation to price. Friendly staff who offer a very helpful and efficient service. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times and every time is consistantly good. The Bar and Restaurant areas are steeped in Rugby Football history which adds to the overall character of the Hotel - Well done to all at the Murrayfield.- 02-Mar-2008 We felt that greater use should have been made of the dining room facility. It needed refurbishment and the hotel seemed to prefer that guests ate in the bar in the evening. Very well served by local transport allowing guests to leave the car behind.
