The Mozart Hotel in Amsterdam rates as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are far too small, too hot and very uncomfortable. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel and the staff are extremely unhelpful in resolving any problems you may have - and they were many!!- 08-Nov-2007 The hotel was a good walk from the train station about 35 mins but does have easy access by trams. The rooms are very small although are adequate and very clean. The hotel staff were polite and there were no issues with the stay. generally pleasant hotel.- 13-Jul-2007 A bit disappointing experience - the MOZART Hotel Amsterdam looks much better on a web site than when you stay there live. With regard to its VERY BASIC facilities, MOZART does not deserve in my view its three star rating. EUR 100 a night is not much in Amsterdam terms, however, a MOZART accommodation represents for me no good value for money.- 03-Nov-2006 |
