 I required to extend my visit to the Moscow Hotel it was then when they made all kinds of add on to the billing and it was hard to explain as the english became mush harder when they got money from you.
Also the staff, room service add on to the price of food when you order so you need to look at what you order and total the price before they get to you or they will just charge you more.
I work as a hotel Security Risk Management Consultant and I have more information to hand, ie staff names and times but I will be taking that up with the hotel management when I write to them.- 09-Jan-2008 An old hotel with old facilities. Staff are pleasant, but the hotel is not really worth its rating. It's fairly close to the city sights. Food is not that great, but plenty of great places to eat near the hotel. - 21-May-2007 Ok hotel when you upgrade the room.
