 Though it may be a small establishment, the environment and setting of the hotel and room are very cosy and comfortable.
Room are well lit, clean and well equipped. It is truly value for money.
Location wise is within walking distance to city centre and swan river.
There are ample parking lots however, the lots are rather small. - 29-Jul-2008 Exelent location to get arround Perth. Free CAT busses run past the hotel every few minutes. Very clean well maintained apartments, nice pool and small gym, good car parking in secure carpark. Nice and quiet at night with apartments being in the buisness area.
