 Arrived at night on the other side of the main station and took a while to locate hotel. Was upgraded to superior quad room which was excellent for our requirements. Well looked after by staff and had superb breakfast next day. In the light of day, the hotel was very handy to transport links. Would stay again on return to Milan. Thanks Hotel Monopole.- 27-May-2009 The hotel was clean but the room and parts of the hotel had an odour to it. The counter in the room was nice as we used it to place bags on, but was covered in grafitti. Breakfast was nice as it had a good selection. The location was perfect as it was close to the train station which is also a metro stop. The staff was friendly and the free map we were given was excellent.
