 The staff made our stay, especially Adrian, Lance and Lewis they all went that extra mile to make our family stay most enjoyable. Thank you !!- 26-Apr-2009 This hotel was spotless and the staff was amazing. Ryan, Jonathan and Carlos were great. The air conditioning was a bit out of sorts in our first room. They quickly changed us to another room and it was perfect.
The kitchen was really nice to have and there is a washer/dryer in the bedroom.
Breakfast was excellent at the hotel we ate lunch and dinner in our room.
The Spa is off site but they were very gracious and drove us over in an electric car.
A nice surprise was the view of the Disney fireworks from our room.- 31-Dec-2008 I had a wonderful stay at the Mona Lisa...I would say everything was perfect.
