The Moderno Hotel is located in Fuipiano Imagna, a very small village situated at the top of the Imagna Valley. The hotel is just 30 kilometres from the city centre, airport and the Bergamo Train Station.

 Very winding road to get to hotel but wonderful views from this idyllic village. Rooms very modern and staff friendly. Food reasonably priced and excellent standard. Would recommend highly for quiet break.- 26-Jul-2008 We enjoyed our stay in this clean, family-run hotel very much. The location is very quiet but ideal for walking in the local area and a hire car is recommended for travelling further afield. The hotel owner and his family were very friendly and the service was first-class as was the food (and wine!). We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as very good value and the ideal location for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. - 01-Jul-2008 Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The owner and his family made us very welcome and the service throughout the stay was first class.The hotel is very clean and the food, including dinner is of a high standard.The location is quiet and a bit remote for some however the owner offers a service to and from S Ombomo for 10 Euros where a regular bus service operates to Bergamo.I will return to this Hotel in the future however now I am more aware of the location I will hire a car from the Airport.An excellent venue for a quiet relaxing holiday away from the buzz ,but within striking distance should you require something a bit more upbeat.
