Chalet Room showed slight signs of wear and tear but was still excellent value. Large and very clean/well maintained swimming pool. Staff, particularly in the Coffee House, were very friendly and helpful, arranging special dishes for my children etc. I stayed for four weeks and would go back there tomorrow! Only black spot was car rental. The firm recommended by the hotel (Saga Servis) refused a refund when I returned my car early and were generally extremely anti-customer. The hotel manager assured me he would not be recommending this company again, but - beware.

Staying at the hotel on a regular basis has made me "blind" to the inadequacies of the rooms and it took some visitors to point out the fact that the general state of repair of the chalet rooms leaves something to be desired.

However, in general I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with very helpful staff, good facilities and generally good food.

The stay at your hotel was an excellent choice but if there was anything that would be of a choice to us we would recommend a courtesy bus to be provided to the guests to take them into town. Apart from that there is nothing that I could fault the hotel for. Thank you.
