- 19-Mar-2008 Location is this hote's only saving grace. Newly renovated lobby gives the impression of a 4-5 star hotel, but the room itself has very old furnishings and is in original (and old) condition. I was amazed to find that the air conditioning temperature could not be varied, and we had to request a heater! Staff at the front desk were extremely rude. This hotel is most definitely over-rated as a 4 star, a 3-star rating is more suitable. Do your research, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that will live up to their 4-star rating.- 02-Mar-2008 The checkout staff is not well trained to read the confirmation voucher which resulted in me being charged for an entitled free BBF. The staff was totally discourteous and made no attempt to apologise when he realised his mistake after I explained how the confirmation should be read. This had spoilt my otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel.- 22-Feb-2008 |
