Xanadu Resort is opposite the magnificent patrolled sandy beach of Main Beach, offering easy access to the beach for your morning walk, or day at the beach with the family. Xanadu is close to Marina Mirage, the Southport Yacht Club, the Indy track and Tedder Avenue, the cosmopolitan heart of Main Beach with a choice of restaurants, cafes and boutiques to tempt and entice the visitor.
Rooms
Xanadu Resort consists of two towers with spectacular views of the Gold Coast. The towers comprise 75 luxury air-conditioned apartments. The beautiful, fully-furnished apartments provide you with the ultimate in space, views and just sheer quality.
Restaurant
The property does not have restaurant facilities. Several restaurants are available in the surroundings where you can relish a wide variety of local, regional and international cuisine.
General
Xanadu Resort has facilities to cater for all guests holidaying in Main Beach. An outdoor swimming pool, and indoor heated swimming pool, each with spas, a sauna, a well equipped up-to-date gymnasium, games room, library / reading room, extensive gardens and grounds around the property, and two full sized tennis courts.
 The facilitries that the hotel claim to have are badly maintained.. i.e. snooker table which was ripped and only had 7 balls!!
Not a bad hotel with respect to location and local amenities but only having 1 towel per person for your whole stay makes a farce of the swimming pool etc.- 27-Sep-2007 |
