 the tram ride into the city is about 30-40 minutes. take tram number 4 and transfer to metro line 2 for faster commute. some rooms have broken shower but in general the hotel is pretty clean. the staff were helpful but only a few of them speak good english.- 16-Mar-2008 On our arrival at 3pm our room had not been cleaned. When we went to our room after it had been cleaned (3 quarters of an hour later) there was the previous occupiers dirty clothes still in the room...including dirty underwear!!! Staff were not very apologetic for this. Bed linen was uncomfortable and itchy...for reasons unknown!?! Breakfast was very minimal and not even nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! If i was to go again i would rather sleep on the street! - 25-Jan-2008 This is a great bargain hotel with freindly helpfull staff. Very close to the tram its got good access to the centre but we also found a few cheaper places to eat and drink next to the hotel also our favourite bar in Milan was just 10 metres from the hotel.- 24-Jan-2008 |
