 The hotel was great although it's quite difficult to get it because of the staircases before we reached the elevator with our huge luggages.
Other than that, everything about the hotel is great. We really love the way they play with technology.
Only one comment for hotel club, I was actually trying to book 2 rooms here. I started with one room first since the system didn't allow me to book 2 rooms at the same time. But when I tried to book another room, the system said there's no room available. However I tried to get somebody as they said we can have live chat with somebody. But it's really turn out that the chat was really useless. They cannot do anything in terms of help. - 18-Nov-2009 |
