poor quality of room, very expensive breakfast- 07-Apr-2008 Location is very good, however room is very small and flowres around reception was made of plastic.
But if you want to stay around Opera it is good value- 13-Dec-2007 The Hotel has a very central position only 2mins from Metro but the Hotel let itself down by advertising Junior Suites with a view of Hausmann Blvd but the reality was a room not much bigger than a double room at the back of the hotel looking out at the wall of the adjacent building with very little natural light, minor details such as making sure toiletries are replenished is not a problem you should have with a 4 Star Hotel. We were in room 326 if you wish to sleep beyond 8am ask for another room as the maids stores are next to this room and they are not the quietest of people which results in a early morning call.Breakfast was adequate but not inspiring.
Overall our experience of this hotel could have been much better if they sorted out this small problems- 10-Oct-2007 |
