 Paid to much for what this hotel had to offer. Can only give an average rating, have had more for less $$ at a different hotel in Bangkok.- 24-Aug-2009 Conscierge service particularly poor and they tried to cheat us by insisting that we use their limousine services when we requested that they book us alternative service to the airport with AOT or some other service. we had to have the Duty Manager intervene but did not receive and explanation or apology for the attempt to take us for a ride - we guessed that the transportation service had been subcontracted or it was a scam - charging the guests a reduced rate for a car that was 'returning with guests from the airport', the charge being pocketed by the conscierge. reflects very poorly on the hotel and is a thing of the past for Bangkok.- 20-Dec-2006 |
