 Excellent location,friendly staff and would stay there again.- 29-Oct-2009 We just needed ice. When we asked at the bar if we could have some they insisted that they bring it up to us in our room. That was nice of them, however we were charged 8 euros for the ice. Outrageous!!!- 16-Jul-2009 This was the third stay for us.
But this time, there was half-eaten food and drink in the mini-bar. And they took time to change them in spite of our immediate request.
Bath-tab was not also be clean.
The facility of the hotel is tremendous, but the service of the reception should be more warm. Although this request was filled in the sheet last year, looks like no response and no change.- 08-Jan-2009 |
