The area is secure and much frequented as it is next to Las Ramblas, nostalgic area of the city centre. All the fashionable restaurants and places to go are in this area. The beaches and harbour are only a 15 minute walk away.

 good location from La Rambla, opposite a basic super market, front of building does not look appealing.
Plenty of space, however first thing i noticed was that the tiled floors were very dirty and dusty, must wear shoes or your feet or socks will turn black.
second room was quite small, but smelt alittle mouldy as did the bathroom.
For the price, there could be other places for better value, but the apartment was ok.- 24-Oct-2007 The guy with the keys took his time getting there, and the area is quite rough at night.
