 Had a wonderful stay in the Metropolitan hotel in March. Gorgeous rooms (wanted to take the bathroom home with me!), very friendly and helpful staff and great location. Would defo recommend this hotel- 29-Mar-2008 Excellent 4* in downtown Vancouver. Staff helpful, slight confusion over room, but quickly sorted and given upgrade in the process.
Near to many attractions & shopping (don't miss the hop-on/off bus trip and go to Granville Island).- 27-Feb-2008 I found the Metropolitan hotel to be really good in terms of location as is was central to downtown and shopping disctricts and had good links to public transport. Our room was really nice and spacious and cleaned to a really good standard. I enjoyed the meal I had at the hotels Diva restaurant althought it was rather overpriced and the recommended black cod was a little too salty for my taste although the chocolate souffle was dreamy. The sports facilities were fantastic and the swimming pool was lush. I did find the front desk rather snooty but all in all I enjoyed my stay and would definately recommend it to other visitors. - 16-Feb-2008 |
